Levels
Recreational · Pre-competitive — Three clearly defined tracks. Loisir: dancers training lightly. Passion: regular training without a timetabled school programme. Professional Preparation: daily training or a timetabled programme — open from age 13.

- Set variation — Loisir and Passion tracks, variation learned from a USB stick · 6–22 years old
- Free — The whole Professional Preparation track, from the Avenir category · 13–22 years old
- Free — Only in Passion Avancé and Excellence · 16–22 years old
- Repertoire — Only in Pre-Pro 3 and Élite · 16–22 years old

Masterclasses. No masterclass built into the competition. Course places are offered as prizes.
Jury. Named in the rules — 13 judges in 2025. Stated selection criterion: real experience teaching amateurs, not prestige alone. An observer checks that marking stays consistent.
What you can win. Jury Grand Prix: €50 in Loisir, €100 in Passion, €150 in Pre-Pro. A gold medal with jury commendation forces promotion to the next track the following year.
Worth knowing. The year-on-year progression system is the most thought-through on the French circuit. Registration goes through buying the USB stick with the set variations.
